Thumbplay is a subscription service that allows users to download music, ringtones, video and games to their cell phones. Thumbplay’s content is licensed from some of the largest media companies including all four major record labels (Universal Music Group, Sony BMG, Warner Music Group, EMI) as well as major entertainment companies. The Company has over 1.5 million digital content items from over 500 content providers available for download. In addition, Thumbplay has over 2,500 distribution partners both online and on the mobile web including AOL, Nokia, MTV and Facebook.
