From the Bronx, Queens, and Long Island
Take I-495W through the Midtown Tunnel into Manhattan and exit at 34th Street/Downtown Manhattan. Follow the signs to the FDR Drive South. Take the FDR Drive South to Exit 1 Battery Park/Staten Island Ferry. Continue straight on South Street for two blocks and turn right onto Whitehall Street. Proceed two blocks and turn left onto Pearl Street. The Partnership's offices are on the right.
From Brooklyn or Staten Island
Take the Brooklyn Bridge into Manhattan. Bear right onto FDR Drive/Pearl Street exit. Stay in the left lane and proceed down the ramp to the traffic light. Continue straight across the intersection and take the second exit onto the FDR Drive SOUTH. Take the FDR Drive South to Exit 1 Battery Park/Staten Island Ferry. Continue straight on South Street for two blocks and turn right onto Whitehall Street. Proceed two blocks and turn Left onto Pearl Street. The Partnership's offices are on the right.
From Northern New Jersey
Take the New Jersey Turnpike south. Take RT-3 exit 9 to Clifton/Lincoln Tunnel. Take US-1/US-9 N. Continue on 12th St. through the Holland Tunnel. After exiting the tunnel take Exit 3 toward Brooklyn. Turn left at Beach Street and continue onto Walker Street. Turn right onto Broadway. Take Broadway for approximately one mile. Bear left onto Whitehall St. Turn Right onto Pearl Street. The Partnership's offices are on the right.
From Southern New Jersey
Take the New Jersey Turnpike north. Take RT-3 exit 9 to Clifton/Lincoln Tunnel. Take US-1/US-9 N. Continue on 12th St. through the Holland Tunnel into Manhattan. Take Exit 3 toward Brooklyn. Take New York State Thruway south to the Major William F. Deegan. Take exit 2, Willis Ave/Third Ave Bridge exit, onto E. 134th Street, which turns into Willis Avenue. Proceed 1 block and turn right onto Bruckner Blvd. Take ramp onto the 3rd Avenue Bridge. As you exit the bridge, bear right onto the ramp for Lexington Avenue/FDR Drive South. Take the ramp onto the FDR Drive South/Harlem River Drive. Take the FDR Drive South to Exit 1 Battery Park/Staten Island Ferry. Continue straight on South Street for two blocks and turn right onto Whitehall Street. Proceed two blocks and turn left onto Pearl Street. The Partnership's offices are on the right.
