Peter Cohen

Peter is the General Counsel of the New York City Investment Fund. Prior to joining the Fund in 2007, Peter was Counsel at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, working on mergers, acquisitions, private equity investments, dispositions and joint ventures. Peter received a B.A. from Brown University and a J.D. from New York University School of Law.
